Rival Rides Store Refund Policy
 

At argarium, your satisfaction is our first priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Eligibility for a refund:

    A refund can be requested within 14 days of your purchase if you have not used the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

    Please note that the following goods cannot be returned:

    • Goods that have been customized or tailored specifically for you.
    • Goods that, due to their particular characteristics, are not eligible for return, decompose quickly, or have passed their expiration date.
    • Goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and have been unsealed after delivery.
    • Goods that, once delivered, become inseparably intermingled with other items due to their nature.

  2. How to request a refund:

    Please contact our customer support team via contact@argarium.com with your order number, the product you'd like to return, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will then guide you through the process.

  3. Shipping for Returns:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in return shipment.

  4. Processing your refund:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  5. Late or missing refunds:

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@argarium.com.

  6. Sale items:

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
     

Please note that this refund policy applies only to physical goods purchased through the Rival Rides store. For digital products, including the Rival Rides game itself, please refer to the refund policies of the respective platform where the purchase was made (Steam, Oculus Store, etc.).
 

We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time and you should check this refund policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the refund policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified refund policy.
